Have you had the chance to see the new movie, “Ready Player One”?
Do you have what it takes to be a top player?
If you are a gamer, who enjoys the 3D side of entertainment in the theatre, then you may really enjoy this particular movie. The other day I was driving and my car started to overheat so I pulled over to catch a movie to let my car cool down, and at the time, the only movie playing was Ready Player One.
I jumped in halfway through and found the movie to be intense, fun, and very creative regarding it’s design and concepts.

It is also quite nostalgic if you are an older gamer who enjoys the history of how computer games were invented, and in the movie, there are hundreds of people competing in a virtual world as players of a game in order to find a top player. Hence, the name Player One.
The gamers compete against a loyalty centre, who acts as a regulator overlord in the competitions, and the movie entails a variety of themes including love, romance, drama, action, violence, and some of the best special effects ever, seemingly comparable to those of Avatar, which is ironic, because the real players use Avatars in the games.
So, the big question is, are you Ready Player One?
