As part of our quest to get healthy, we are taking some good tips from the HLTH Conference, which has showcased some of these great episodes!

What’s Up Doc? Recipe
2 oranges (sliced in half, includes skin)
2 orange bell peppers (sliced in half, includes seeds)
2 small mangoes (sliced in half, includes skin)
1 orange tomato (sliced in half)
1 yellow apple (sliced in half, includes skin and seeds)
1 bunch of carrots (4-5, whole including sprout greens; yellow, orange, purple, black, red or white)
1 knuckle ginger (1/2 inch, includes root skin)
*Optional – Distilled Carrot Vodka (as needed)
